Rice is put into a milling system to remove stones, remove the bran and husk. The mixture of semi-finished products after milling are brown rice, broken rice, rice bran, paddy and husk. We select standard rice grains for the next step of processing. The remaining by-products are classified and used for different purposes.
To make the rice grains bright and eye-catching before reaching consumers, standard rice grains are put into the whitening and polishing system to reach the desired whiteness and be polished by steam. This operation will not reduce the nutritional value of the rice. The taste of the rice will remain intact.
Rice after being whitened – polished is passed through a grain separator to reach the standard broken level. This operation is to remove the broken rice grains during the milling process.
Rice is put through a color separator to remove unqualified grains (yellow kernels, red kernels, damaged kernels, chalky kernels, etc) and through a vacuum system to ensure clean and safe rice. The finished product at this time is the clean white rice grains.
Rice is brought to the packing area. Rice can be packed in bags of 1kg, 5kg, 10kg, 25kg, 50kg, etc according to customer requirements.
After packing rice, it will be passed through a metal screening machine to ensure that the finished rice does not contain metal before being sold to the market.
